Orders

We process and ship orders quickly so we cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancellations to your order, especially after your order has been shipped. For any issues, please Contact Us

Items in your cart are not reserved. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to secure your items. Inventory is allocated to all confirmed orders first.

We apologize for any inconvenience you’re experiencing. For any issues, please Contact Us. Including clear pictures will expedite the process of fixing your issue!

Shipping

We process and ship all orders within 2 business days. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Southern California, USA. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

While we always strive to meet our 2 business day processing time, please note our turnaround time is subject to change at any time, especially during new product launches, sales, or holiday period.

Once your order is sent to our shipping carriers, MochiActive.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control (severe weather, service interruptions, etc.)

If an order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee the shipping address can be changed at this stage. For any issues, please Contact Us.

You should receive a confirmation email after placing an order. If you cannot find it, please check your Spam folder.

If you have a MochiActive.com account, Login to view your order details and tracking information under Order History in your Dashboard.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email with a tracking link and estimated delivery date. Allow up to 48 hours for carrier updates to occur. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.


If you do not receive an email regarding your shipment notification within 5 business days, please check your Spam folder first and then Contact Us.

Currently, we do not ship to Canada or internationally. We are always working on expanding our shipping areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of original purchase.

• Items can only be refunded if they are returned in original, sellable condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and labels attached.

• We reserve the right to deny a refund if your return items do not meet all listed return requirements.

• The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to receive your return items again after we receive them.

• MochiActive.com does not provide prepaid return labels for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any return shipping and handling costs.

• We will refund the amount you paid for, to your original payment method. If any amount was paid using a Mochi Active gift card, that amount will be refunded to a Mochi Active e-gift card.

• Any outbound shipment and handling costs from the original order cannot be refunded.

• Mochi Active Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• Any items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from MochiActive.com. If you purchase any Mochi Active products from another retailer, please contact them directly for any assistance.

Currently, we do not offer free exchanges. We recommend placing a new order and completing the return process for the original item(s).

Please package all return items together in the same package and include the original order packing slip to expedite the return process. We recommend to use the original packaging or a packaging box that meets the carrier requirements to avoid the items from being damaged in transit.

Gifted items purchased from MochiActive.com can be returned for store credit, issued under a Mochi Active Gift Card. Any returned items must meet all requirements listed in our Return Policy. Please Contact Us with the original Order Number we will gladly assist.

Once our fulfillment center receives your return package, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return.

Please keep your refund tracking information until you have received your refund. In cases of lost packages, we will ask for proof of shipment to verify the item(s) were shipped back to us.

You will receive a return confirmation email if your return is approved and meets all return requirements listed in our Return Policy, and your refund is issued to your original payment method. We will contact you via email if your items are denied (based on our Return Policy).

Depending on your bank, your credits may take a few business days to reflect on your account.

Payments

Yes, all listed prices are in USD.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We currently do not accept international credit cards.

Promotions & Discounts

Promo codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

Only one promo code can be applied per order. You can still receive FREE shipping if your order subtotal is $75+, after the promo code is applied.

Certain promo codes may only apply to select items or only available to new or existing customers.

Promo codes cannot be applied to purchases of Mochi Active gift cards.

Promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

PRODUCT CARE

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

To prolong the original quality and life of your items, we highly recommend to wash all items inside out, in cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle with like colors, and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Items can also be washed in garment bags to help prevent snagging and pilling.

Do not use any harsh chemicals, bleaches, or fabric softeners.

Please note that prints and colors can naturally fade over time due to wash and/or wear and tear.

Our items are not pre-washed or pre-shrunk, please allow up to 10% shrinkage if items are machine washed and dried. Minimal pilling is natural for any terry fabrics.

To avoid excess pilling, avoid washing with jeans, towels, and heavily zippered or rough items.
